Would you use a life coach to help you with problems…?
Would you go to a divorce coach to help you move on after your divorce? Or, would you send your child to a life coach to help them learn to raise their self-esteem? Or would you rather do it on line or go to a group type seminar? Just wondering if their is a market out there for this type of thing.
That depends. Is it worth sending someone to see a life coach, or would you get the ssame result by sending them to see a good friend or relative. I personally don’t think you need life coaches, if you’re stressed or personality flawed, then see a couselor or therapist, at least then your insurance would cover some of the costs. Life coaches you pay out of your own pocket.
To move on after a divorce, I’d consult others who’ve gone through it, an online support group, or self help books, not pay more money to someone to be your friend and motivate you to get going again. Besides after a divorce, aren’t people lacking money anyway?
Yes cause they are expert and have ideas that can help you solve your problems. Trying one will not kill you, so i would try using one.
Its good to communicate what is on your mind. Ask yourself ..what are you making the "divorce" mean? Is it affecting you? is it affecting your child? When we make things mean certain things..that is when it starts to affect us… I didnt talk w/ a life coach..but I went to classes..and they have them for all ages… Look up landmarkeducation.com on the internet..and look to see what they have to offer..if you are stuck..and cant move on..or if your child is having issues..this is the best thing I have ever done for myself… Yes it cost money.. but believe me..no amount of money could give me what I got from these classes!! Good luck..and if you wish for more info, you can email me back.
